Avenue apartments are located within a unique retirement complex.
The 16 spacious apartments include fully equipped kitchens and laundry
rooms, ranging in size from 700 –1700 sq ft.
You can chose from 1 or 2 bedroom apartments with 1 or 2 baths.
Most are arranged on 1 level, but 3 include a lower level recreation room.

public spaces allow for use of
a community room, exercise room, lobby and outdoor patios.
Four apartments include outdoor porches.
Car ports and additional storage space may also be selected.
Attractive lobby, hall and garden common areas add to
the quality living environment.

Services
included with apartment living package are:
housekeeping, laundry, sized to fit meal package,
utilities, and 24 hour staff on site to assist when there is an emergency
need.
Additional ala carte services may also be negotiated.
