Cost Comparison: The cost of living at HOMEPLACE Senior Healthcare Apartments varies with apartment size and the amount of personal care contracted. Typically, living at The HOMEPLACE costs about half the amount of a nursing home, with often the same level of care. Also, our apartments and common areas are much more spacious and attractive. We welcome both tenants who privately pay, as well as those receiving assistance.
RN OVERNIGHT OF CONTRACTED HEALTH CARE
Tenants who receive public assistance subsidies contribute to their care as determined by each agency. On average costs are based on your income and can range from $600 to $800 per month. Get more information from your local agency. Ask us about contract information for your ADRC. |
