Services We Provide
State-approved programs
All HOMEPLACES are 'State-certified' facilities. Our Senior Healthcare Apartments provide assisted living in what is called, a "Residential Care Apartment Complex" (a.k.a. RCAC). Our Alzheimer's and Dementia Units are called, "Community Based Residential Facilities (a.k.a. CBRF). This means state surveyors visit and assess the care we give as well as provide ongoing advice on our operations. HOMEPLACE programs are certified to work with public assistance programs.
We think of The HOMEPLACE, apartments as “Health Care” apartments. That’s because our assisted living tenants live in their own apartment where they retain freedom and independence while receiving health care and household assistance. Couples can stay together and family members can visit, eat meals and even spend the night.
As tenants age, the need for personal care may increase, and The Homeplace staff are ready to respond. As a RCAC we can provide up to 28 hours of personal care per week. If needed, hospice care can also be arranged without any need to move.
